Rachel Clarkson - The DNA Dietitian®
Specialist in DNA Personalised Nutrition, Weight Loss, Longevity & Gut Health for Busy Professionals who want clarity on what to eat for the best results.
With over 7 years of clinical expertise in personalised nutrition, Rachel has guided more than 2,000 individuals to unlock their health potential using her signature method - The DNA Way®.
Rachel Clarkson is a Harley Street Board-Certified Dietitian and Personalised Nutrition Specialist, regulated by the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Dietetic Association (BDA).
Her approach is grounded in nutrigenomics (how genes and nutrition interact), helping clients achieve lasting weight management, optimal digestion, hormonal balance, enhanced longevity, and peak performance. Beyond the science, clients often report a deeper sense of confidence in their body, peace around food choices, and the clarity that comes from finally knowing what works for them - without the confusion of generic advice or restrictive diets.
Rachel holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Nutritional Science from King’s College London, where she also completed published research in epigenetics. She further trained in Dietetics at King's and across world-renowned hospitals, including The Royal Marsden, Imperial College Trust, and St Thomas’s Hospital.
Today, she is also a guest lecturer in Nutrition and Genetics at St Mary’s University and Oxford Brookes University, sharing her expertise with the next generation of nutrition professionals.
Rachel continues to advance her field as a trusted expert in personalised nutrition, weight management, and digestive health, offering both in-person consultations at Harley Street and online programmes.
