With advanced training from both MONASH University and King’s College London, I bring evidence-based knowledge and practical strategies to help clients improve their digestive health and overall wellbeing.

I also provide specialist FODMAP consultancy, guiding individuals through the process of identifying whether specific foods may be triggering ongoing symptoms. My approach is tailored, compassionate, and focused on helping clients achieve long-term relief and confidence in managing their condition.

I am a registered member of the HCPC and BDA, holding both a degree in Nutrition and a postgraduate degree in Dietetics.
