Sally Freeman

Sally J Freeman is a UK Registered Dietitian specialising in performance nutrition, mental health, gut health and women’s health. She supports individuals to improve their health, restore energy and build sustainable nutrition habits that enhance both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Sally is the Founder of Eat, Sleep, Rave, Relax, a wellbeing initiative designed to support musicians, performers and creative professionals working in high-pressure environments. While working as a Dietitian, Sally also spent 20 years working across the global music industry as a Digital Manager at Glastonbury Festival. Sally collaborated with over 2,000 artists, musicians and DJs including Artists such as Dua Lipa, Charlie XCX, Fat Boy Slim and Stormzy. This experience gives her a unique understanding of the demanding lifestyles, irregular schedules and the importance of nutrition for optimal performances.
She is currently the only UK dietitian listed on the clinical practitioner directory of the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine, supporting performers and creative professionals with evidence-based nutrition strategies to maintain health, prevent burnout and perform at their best.
Alongside her private practice, Sally works part-time within the NHS at Northwick Park Hospital, specialising in women’s health, maternal nutrition and breastfeeding support. As a UNICEF Infant Feeding supporter, she helps mothers establish breastfeeding and supports mothers’ mental well being. Sally offers personalised, evidence based nutrition care designed to help clients manage illness, improve wellbeing and achieve lasting health. Her goal is for her patients to thrive, delivered in a kind and compassionate way.
