I am an HCPC-registered dietitian with over 30 years of experience across clinical and community nutrition, with particular expertise in children's nutrition. I provide private consultations for children and families, offering practical, evidence-based advice to help address nutritional concerns.

Alongside my clinical work, I undertake freelance nutrition consultancy, working with organisations on nutrition projects, health promotion and education. My interests include school food, workplace health promotion, food insecurity and reducing health inequalities across the UK. I also have specialist training in global public health nutrition and can contribute to international nutrition projects.
