I have dedicated the past 14 years of my life to helping people to achieve better health, confidence, and quality of life through nutrition. Early on in my career, I helped people with all kinds of health conditions, mostly people who needed to gain weight! Around 6 years ago, I started working with people living with obesity, and I have never looked back. There is nothing more rewarding that seeing someone who has struggled with their weight all their life, completely change their relationship with food and finally lose weight and keep the weight off.

I have worked with world class bariatric teams both within the NHS and private sector. I have helped hundreds of patients who have undergone all types of surgical and endoscopic weight loss procedures, as well as those on weight loss medications such as GLP1.

In addition to weight management, I have a passion for sports and fitness, having competed in bodybuilding, Hyrox and Crossfit competitions. I wanted to use my knowledge of nutrition to help myself and others to improve their performance through diet. I therefore completed a post-graduate diploma in sports nutrition in 2022 with the International Olympic Committee which has allowed me to help individuals and sports teams alike.

Most recently, I have become an Expert Witness dietitian, and am qualified to take on nutrition litigation cases and provide expert reports in my areas of expertise.
