Will is a highly experienced Specialist Dietitian specialising in Type 1 Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and Gestational Diabetes, as well as complex weight management. With a career spanning the NHS, private sector, and academia, he is dedicated to empowering patients through evidence-based education and innovative health solutions.
As the Co-Founder and Director of WE Nutrition, Will provides expert, tailored nutrition-focused interventions with an overall holistic wellbeing approach. His focus is on meaningful, sustainable change, including medication reduction and diabetes remission. Will blends the evidence base with psychological tools alongside intuition, experience and compassion to get real results.
In an NHS capacity, Will serves as the Diabetes Specialist Dietitian Lead at Manchester NHS Foundation Trust, the UK’s largest NHS Trust. In this role, he leads a specialist team within a Centre of Excellence. This rich-experience informs and evolves his practice, ensuring the most current science and approaches.

Primary Care Innovation: Served as a First Contact Dietitian, diagnosing and treating diabetes across 28 GP practices in London.
Clinical Leadership: Clinical Lead at Xyla Health and Wellbeing, providing oversight for national programmes such as the NHS Diabetes Prevention, NHS Pathway to Remission and NHSE Digital Weight Management Programme.
Education: Dietetics Tutor at King’s College London (2021) and active in student training within the NHS.
