I am a Registered Dietitian and Psychotherapist in training, specialising in the treatment of eating disorders. I have worked across both the NHS and private practice and until recently led the Eating Disorders Outpatient Team at North London NHS Foundation Trust.
I hold an MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition from UCL and am currently training in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
I offer holistic nutrition therapy, integrating evidence-based nutritional care with psychological understanding. My therapeutic approach is relational, drawing on psychodynamic and existential thinking.
