My name is Anna. That is where I work.

I help people living with ongoing, unclear, or unresolved health concerns to make sense of what is happening in their body. Using a functional and holistic approach, I help you restore balance, reduce overwhelm, and find a way forward that actually feels manageable and move forward with confidence.

I work with people who do not fit neatly into a single diagnosis, who may appear “fine” on the outside but feel far from it, and who are exhausted by information yet still lack clarity.

I do not offer quick fixes or rigid plans. I offer a thoughtful way of working that looks at the whole picture — symptoms, history, nutrition, and real life.

After many years in clinical laboratory medicine, I saw how easily people become reduced to results and pathways, while the lived experience of symptoms is overlooked. I also reached a point where the demands of that system no longer allowed space for health — including my own. Moving into independent nutrition and dietetic practice has allowed me to provide attention to the person, not just the problem.
