Hello I'm Fiona a Registered Dietitian specialising in gut health, general adult dietetics and nutritional assessment within medico-legal and case management settings.

I support adults experiencing long-term digestive symptoms such as bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, mixed bowel habits and discomfort that affects confidence, routines and daily life. Many people come to me feeling unheard or unsupported elsewhere. My approach is calm, structured and evidence-based, with a focus on reducing overwhelm and helping you feel more in control.

Alongside gut health, I provide dietetic support for adults over 50 and older adults, including those managing multiple conditions, appetite changes, unintentional weight loss, malnutrition risk, frailty or challenges related to ageing. My work in this area is practical, personalised and grounded in maintaining independence, strength and wellbeing.

I also offer nutritional assessments and ongoing dietetic care for case managers and solicitors. My input includes comprehensive assessments, clear clinical reasoning and steady, reliable follow-up.
