Helen Daly
I am an HCPC registered Dietitian with over 22 years’ experience in clinical, leadership and management roles in the NHS. I also have experience in academic roles and a PGCE; previously an honorary lecturer at Bucks New University, combining clinical care and post-graduate education.
My clinical experience includes Gastroenterology, IBS/link between stress and gut health, and weight management, extending into eating for health, improving your mood, and reducing health risks.
The importance of what we eat and drink and its effect on our health, well-being and mood is well established and evidenced, and as effective leaders, we need to make this an integral part of workplace support; recognising the importance of health and well-being in the workplace to achieve good teamwork, personal confidence and success.
I can offer tailored health and well-being training, webinars and workshops, as well as menu design and recipe analysis packages.
I can also offer more focused, motivation and goal-centered sessions, for individuals or teams, for specific conditions such as IBS, weight management or the link between food and mood.
