I’m Helen, a Registered Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), who has worked for the NHS for 16 years with experience in a wide range of dietetics and belong to these groups:

I’ve been working in the maternity department of our local NHS hospital (Frimley Park in Surrey) since 2019 and I am a trained Fertility Specialist Dietitian, I am also the co-lead for menopause for the Trust and regularly work with individuals and with groups.

We can look at all the aspects of lifestyle and nutrition which can affect your health and create an evidence based plan, giving you the information you need and action points to focus on and I look forward to meeting you.
