Registered Dietitian & gut-directed solution focused hypnotherapist.

I bring over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, having started my career in weight management at the prestigious University of Milan. More recently, I have specialized in gastroenterology within the NHS, focusing on complex digestive conditions such as Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and Coeliac Disease.

My passion lies in understanding and addressing Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction (DGBI). I have completed the KCL-Advanced Dietary Management course and gained expertise in the low FODMAP Diet for IBS. To complement my dietetic practice, I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist, specializing in gut-directed hypnotherapy, offering a holistic approach to managing gut-related conditions
