Roslyn Gray
BSc Human Nutrition and Dietetics
Hello, I’m Roslyn, a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years’ experience supporting women to overcome eating disorders, improve body image, and build a more peaceful relationship with food.
I specialise in working with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing, or food preoccupation, including GLP-1s. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and tailored to you helping you move away from rigid rules and towards a more flexible, sustainable way of eating.
Alongside my dietetic training, I am also a certified yoga teacher. I am passionate about integrating nervous system regulation, embodiment, and mindfulness into nutrition support, as I believe healing your relationship with food goes beyond just what you eat.
I can support you with:
- Binge Eating Disorder
- Anorexia Nervosa
- Bulimia Nervosa
- Orthorexia
- Disordered eating and chronic dieting
- Body image concerns
I also have experience supporting:
- PCOS, IBS, Fertility and hypothalamic amenorrhoea (missing periods), ADHD and ASD-related eating challenges
How I work:
After years of offering one off assessments and reviews I realised I was failing my clients, when you are trying to heal your relationship with food and body you need accountability and time. I now offer 1:1 online coaching, this includes written check ins, video calls and Whatsapp supports and it ensures that you reach your goals.
I provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore your relationship with food at your pace without judgement or pressure.
