Soraya is a NHS specialist weight management and freelance dietitian with over 10 years experience in helping clients lose weight for good by ditching the faddy diets and instead making long lasting enjoyable lifestyle changes.
Soraya has a holistic approach to well-being and weight loss and incorporates advice on mindful and emotional eating, stress management, sleep and movement. This enables clients to develop healthy habits for life and not just a short-term quick fix.
Soraya specialises in plant-based nutrition however she works with her clients to find which approach to weight loss best suits the clients needs and lifestyle.
