BDA Associate Student membership (for dietetic apprentices) is excellent value for money, worth over £2,000 but costing just £10.33 a month, includes all these benefits, resources and services. See annual BDA membership costs to find out more. Associate Student's pay from the start of their apprenticeship at £10.33 per month, paid monthly or annually, as professional indemnity insurance must be active from the beginning of the apprenticeship; therefore, a free year is not available.
Selecting the incorrect membership category may result in your application being rejected by your HEI approvals tutor, as you will not appear on the relevant course, and you will need to reapply under the correct category. The correct membership for dietetic apprentices is circled in green in the image below.
The online application form will ask you to select the correct membership category for your learning route. Please choose the option that reflects whether you are studying as a university student or training as a dietetic apprentice.
