The FSSG 2021 Study Day and AGM included fantastic talks on the latest updates in food service, including the Hospital Food Review and Nutrition & Hydration Digest. It also featured a thought provoking presentation from the Older People’s Specialist Group on what a healthy diet looks like for Older Adults. The day finished up with a focus on sustainability, including the role we play as dietitians and practical tips on catering for Vegan diets from the Vegan Society.
