Aisling Pigott-jones
My name is Aisling (Ash) Pigott and I am a Registered Dietitan, PgCert Sports and Exercise Nutrition, MsC Advanced Practice. I have an active interest in ongoing research, and I'm currently studying for my PhD alongside clinical and freelance work. Over the past decade I have worked across a variety of healthcare, private healthcare and academic settings.
As an award winning media spokesperson (BDA media spokesperson of the year 2020) I am often seen on TV, print or social media debunking nutrition myths and supporting the delivery of evidence based nutrition messages. I am passionate about promoting positive relationships with food and have both a professional and personal interest in sports nutrition, diabetes, early years and women health nutrition.
