At Care4Nutrition, we’re passionate about helping people feel their best—whether that’s through workplace health programmes or personalised 1-to-1 consultations delivered online. Behind it all is Elaine, our founder and lead dietitian, who also works within the NHS and brings over 17 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of clinical areas.

Although we're based in Manchester, we support individuals and organisations all across the UK. Every training session and consultancy service is thoughtfully designed and delivered by Elaine herself, a warm, knowledgeable professional with a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics and a genuine commitment to improving lives through nutrition.

Elaine’s expertise spans adult dietetics, including cardiovascular health, COPD, cancer care, post-illness recovery, chronic fatigue, and neurological conditions such as stroke, MND, and MS. Her approach is both evidence-based and deeply empathetic, shaped by years of working closely with patients and teams.

She’s fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a proud member of the British Dietetic Association.
