Amanda Kerr
MSc Masters in Dietetics
I specialise in supporting people through periods of change and transition, from hormonal shifts and midlife transitions to moments where your relationship with food, body, or identity feels uncertain.
With a background in Dietetics, and a strong foundation in coaching and NLP, my work sits at the intersection of science and lived experience. I don’t believe in rigid plans or quick fixes, instead, I offer thoughtful, personalised behavioural change and coaching support that meets you where you are.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Through our work together, they begin to build clarity, self-trust, and sustainable ways of nourishing both their body and their life.
This is about more than nutrition, it’s about helping you navigate change with confidence and compassion.
I qualified as a Clinical Dietitian in 2004. I started my Dietetic career working across multiple specialisms in the NHS, including; Weight Management, Oncology, Renal, Intensive care, Weight Management, Gastroenterology and Diabetes.
I have worked in the commercial nutrition sector for 16 years, across a range of roles within Medical Affairs, Commercial Leadership and Learning and Development. My specialist areas include women's health, menopause, gut health and wellbeing. I also specialise in longevity, weight management, support alongside GLP's, and nutritional support for Oncology.
