Members working for Manx Care on the Isle of Man have shown overwhelming support for the three year pay offer.
Our member ballot resulted in a 45% turnout and of this 100% voted in favour of accepting the offer.
The BDA Trade Union is working collectively with other health unions as part of the staff side group. As such, we will be waiting for the results from all unions to come in before making a collective decision on the offer.
